For Drivers
Log in with your email and password.
Notifications
When you first open the app, allow push notifications so you never miss a new load offer. SMS notifications may also be sent for critical updates — make sure your phone number is current and verified in your profile.
Board — Receive Quote Requests
- Browse available quote requests and that match your equipment and location.
- Tap any quote request to see full details: pickup and delivery locations, dates, load type, weight, and equipment requirements.
- Submit your bid (quote/offer) with your price and any notes for the dispatcher.
- Skip offers you are not interested in.
- Your submitted bids and their statuses are visible in real time.
My Loads — Travel Orders
- View all loads that have been assigned to you.
- See the full route with every pickup and delivery stop in order.
At Each Facility — Check-In / Load / Unload / Check-Out
When you arrive at a facility on your route, follow these steps in order:
- Check In — Record your arrival. The app captures your GPS location automatically.
- Loaded / Unloaded — After loading or delivering freight, confirm the operation. You can add freight details, quantities, and upload photos or a Bill of Lading (BOL) if required.
- Check Out — Record your departure once all work at the facility is complete.
Completing these steps keeps your dispatcher informed of your exact progress throughout the load.
Availability Status
Update your status so dispatch knows when you are ready for the next load:
- Available — Ready to take a load.
- Not Available — Off duty.
- Will Be Available — Currently hauling a load; sets your next available date and location.
You can also set the ZIP code and date/time when you will next be available.
Location Tracking
Your GPS position updates automatically in the background while you are on duty — no action needed. This lets your dispatcher track your truck in real time.
Messages
Contact your dispatcher directly through the in-app chat. You will receive a push notification for every new message.
For Owners
Log in with your email and password.
My Trucks
- View all trucks in your fleet with their current status and location.
- Update the status of any truck: available, not available, or set a future availability date and location.
My Drivers
- See all drivers currently assigned to your trucks.
- Monitor their activity and load assignments.
Board — Receive Offers & Place Bids
Have more than one truck? Receive load offers and submit bids for all your trucks in one place — no switching between accounts.
- See incoming load offers that match your fleet.
- View full details: route, dates, equipment type, weight, and rate.
- Place bids for any of your trucks — manage your entire fleet from a single screen.
- Track all active bids and their statuses in real time.
Messages
Communicate with your dispatcher through the in-app chat for any questions or updates about your fleet.
For Owner-Drivers
If you are an owner who also drives, you have access to all Owner features above, plus the driver availability status and location tracking.
- The Active Truck is assigned to you by your HR manager — you do not need to select it yourself.
- Your GPS location is reported automatically for that truck while you are on duty.
